Cunningham Backhoe Service partnered with E.L. Construction to prepare an 80' x 100' building pad and excavate footings for a new structure. Using both the IH TD8E dozer and the B95 New Holland backhoe, Frank delivered a level, compacted, and precisely graded pad, followed by accurate footing excavation — setting the stage for a smooth construction process.
The site offered good-quality soil, which worked in Frank’s favor, but precision was key. The building pad needed to be cut to grade within an inch, compacted for stability, and finished to a smooth surface suitable for immediate use. To ensure durability and accuracy, Frank overbuilt the pad slightly beyond the required footprint.
The result was a durable, accurately graded pad and footings ready for construction, saving time for the contractor and ensuring a solid foundation for the structure.
