Cunningham Backhoe Service supported the construction of the Chickasaw Nation’s new Tishomingo Event Center in Tishomingo, Okalhoma - an expansive 56,000-sq-ft venue designed to host major gatherings like the Annual Meeting and Festival. As part of this high-profile project, Frank prepared deep footings and a building pad that formed the backbone of this culturally significant structure.
The soil conditions required careful removal of the gravel layer before descending to deeper footings. Some were as deep as 6 to 7 feet, with benching plans in the range of 4½ to 5 feet. Certain footings also required offset placement—adding complexity to both measuring and excavation in a fast-paced, multi-phase project.
Frank’s accurate, steady performance helped keep the event center’s accelerated timeline on track. His excavation enabled the construction of a structurally sound foundation that supports a venue now central to community and cultural life—without compromising on precision or craftsmanship.
Whether it’s a hidden generator or a massive event hall, Frank delivers with control, care, and consistency. The Tishomingo Event Center stands strong - both in foundation and in cultural resonance.
